Rent Increase Calculator for Turkey (CPI / TÜFE Based)
Rent Increase Calculator for Turkey (CPI / TÜFE Based)
Rent increase calculator for Antalya landlords and tenants
Do you rent out an apartment in Antalya, or rent one yourself? In Turkey, rent for homes and business premises is usually raised once a year at the contract renewal, and the legal maximum increase is tied to the 12-month average of the consumer price index (TÜFE), published monthly by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK).
This calculator helps foreign property owners and tenants check in seconds what the new monthly rent will be, so you can agree on the renewal with clear numbers.
How it works
Enter the current monthly rent in Turkish lira and the increase rate you want to apply, for example the latest 12-month CPI average. The tool multiplies the rent by that percentage to show the increase amount, then adds it to the current rent to give the new monthly rent, rounded to two decimals.
The calculator does not look up the CPI rate for you: use the figure valid for the month in which your contract is renewed. If you and the other party agreed on a lower rate, you can enter that instead.
Indicative calculation only. The legal cap and the way it is applied can change; please check the current official TÜİK figure and the rules in force, or ask an accountant or lawyer, before you confirm the new rent.
